Reports Due March 1st
Each year, all congregations are asked to submit information via the Parochial Report and Congregation Report. The deadline to submit your reports is March 1, 2025.
Parochial Report
There have been changes to the parochial report, and should you have any questions, or need help logging into the website please contact reports@epiok.org.
Please file your report online. You do not need to mail your report to the diocesan office.
The parochial report must be filed online HERE and is due March 1, 2025.
Congregation Report
The congregation report is critical: to ensure the Diocese has contact information for Church leadership, which includes clergy and lay leaders, to ensure effective communication on important events, guidelines and issues that arise.
The Congregation report must be filed online HERE no later than March 1, 2025.
Other items to keep in mind:
Reports filed by March 1st will receive an MMS rate of 14.75% but reports not filed on time will receive an MMS rate of 17% per our Diocesan Convention.
The Parochial Report is based on 2024 financial information and may be signed and approved by the existing vestry/bishop’s committee; there is no need to wait for the Annual Meeting if this occurs late in the first quarter.
The number of Lay delegates each church is entitled for Diocesan Convention to can be found HERE. Please review this list as lay delegate numbers change yearly.
